NDPL Infra Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL), a renowned power distribution utility of Asia.  TPDDL current provides power distribution services to one-third of the population of New Delhi, the capital of India.
NDPL Infra Limited is a complete business solutions provider of services across the complete dimensions of power and non-power sector business such as utilities, power generation, distribution & franchisee, training and education, etc.  It offers end-to-end solutions and provides consultancy services including project management, technical advisory, IT services and managed services.
 
NDPL Infra is supported by TPDDL enormous expertise, skilled manpower and robust infrastructure. TPDDL is a joint venture of Tata Power Company Limited and the Government of Delhi (51:49) operating as a distribution licensee in North and Northwest Delhi.

Headquartered in Hagenberg, Austria, Ubitronix Systems Solutions is a leading provider of integrated, turn-key energy management and smart grid solutions.  As software and hardware manufacturer, Ubitronix can offer a wide range of solutions that include the supply of meters, data concentrators and communication equipment, load management modules, tools for meter verification and a unified intelligent energy management platform (UIEM), a high-performance middleware for operation and management of smart grid systems.  The UIEM is standard-based, open architecture that permits efficient integration into existent IT infrastructure and supports all essential processes necessary for rollout, operation and maintenance of the Smart Grid.  It is designed to ensure modularity, scalability and high reliability.
