TATA Power-NDPL
NDPL Infra Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL), a renowned power distribution utility of Asia. TPDDL current provides power distribution services to one-third of the population of New Delhi, the capital of India.
NDPL Infra Limited is a complete business solutions provider of services across the complete dimensions of power and non-power sector business such as utilities, power generation, distribution & franchisee, training and education, etc. It offers end-to-end solutions and provides consultancy services including project management, technical advisory, IT services and managed services.
NDPL Infra is supported by TPDDL enormous expertise, skilled manpower and robust infrastructure. TPDDL is a joint venture of Tata Power Company Limited and the Government of Delhi (51:49) operating as a distribution licensee in North and Northwest Delhi.
Tata Power Company is the largest integrated power company in India with a significant international presence, makes it a storehouse of expert knowledge and technical skills that can be tapped to significant advantage. TATA Power has a strong present in all segments of the power industry and includes generation (about 8500MW p.a.), transmission (more than 1200 km network), distribution and trading.
TPDDL is credited with record reduction of AT&C losses from 53.1% in 2002 to less than 12% as on March 2012. It is the first power distribution utility in India to have been certified with ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, ISO 18001:1999, and ISO 27001:2005. TPDDL, with its 4000-strong employee force, serves over 1.3 million customers, distributed over a 510 square kilometer area, providing 7,543 million units of energy annually (2011-2012) with 99.9% system reliability.

Ubitronix Systems Solutions
Headquartered in Hagenberg, Austria, Ubitronix Systems Solutions is a leading provider of integrated, turn-key energy management and smart grid solutions. As software and hardware manufacturer, Ubitronix can offer a wide range of solutions that include the supply of meters, data concentrators and communication equipment, load management modules, tools for meter verification and a unified intelligent energy management platform (UIEM), a high-performance middleware for operation and management of smart grid systems. The UIEM is standard-based, open architecture that permits efficient integration into existent IT infrastructure and supports all essential processes necessary for rollout, operation and maintenance of the Smart Grid. It is designed to ensure modularity, scalability and high reliability.
Ubitronix’s UIEM platform has been selected for operation and management of the largest Smart Metering rollout in the German speaking area, currently realized at the Austrian utility Linz Strom. The platform, with its current daily meter readings of 100,000 and capable of expansion to millions of meters, is noted for its robustness, reliability and in providing interfaces to various billing solutions. Ubitronix provides extensive training of field service personnel, system experts and system operators including training programs for installation, operation and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
